Самостійна робота як засіб та умови професійного становлення майбутнього магістра педагогіки

У статті розглянуто стан проблеми розвитку самостійності як умови професійного становлення майбутніх магістрів технологічної освіти. Визначені критерії успішності професійного становлення та окреслені особливості розвитку самостійності майбутніх магістрів технологічної освіти. Було запропоновано методику підвищення успішності професійного становлення майбутніх магістрів технологічної освіти шляхом розвитку їх самостійності, яка охоплюват Ключові слова: самостійна робота, магістр педагогіки, саморозвиток, професійне становлення, технологічна освіта.

The article is devoted to the problem of self-study work development as an important method and professional formation conditions of a future Master of Pedagogy.

The authors, on the basis of psychology and pedagogical literature analysis, consider half of the researchers ' views to be rather contradictory about the essence of students ' self-study work, questions of self-study works classification and systematization, conditions of their use are not properly researched. It causes contradictions between a need of wide students' independence development in the course of cognitive studying, capability for such knowledge and a real condition of educational practice. Topicality of the mentioned problem is caused also by aspiration of educational process in Ukraine to achieve a new strategic goal: a person’s need to study during life, to search for the new information independently.

The authors, according to the leading native scientists' researches consider students' selfstudy work to be a special form of educational activity in the course of which students acquire knowledge and skills and develop such qualities as: independence and activity; emphasize the use importance of psychology and pedagogical means of students ' professional formation activation, in particular, psychodiagnostics, consultations, trainings.

According to the authors, to increase success offuture masters ' of technological education professional formation is possible by development of their independence which will cover four stages (information and fact-finding, diagnostic and analytical, independent and activity, reinforcing) forms, methods and practical work on independence development.

Educational activity organization of future teachers of technologies will happen in the following forms: group, individual and group, individual (use of separate tasks with students, taking into account their specific qualities).

Self-study work of the Master of Pedagogy resulted in their professional self-development, it is a process which covers all the personality’s spheres: motives (requirements), intellectual, emotional, strong-willed, it also lifts self-knowledge, creative self-determination, selforganization, creative self-realization and self-improvement to a new level.
