Компетентнісний підхід до процесу морального виховання учнів 5-9 класів закладів інтернатного типу у позаурочний час

КОМПЕТЕНТНІСНИЙ ПІДХІД ДО ПРОЦЕСУ МОРАЛЬНОГО ВИХОВАННЯ УЧНІВ 5−9 КЛАСІВ ЗАКЛАДІВ ІНТЕРНАТНОГО ТИПУ У ПОЗАУРОЧНИЙ ЧАС.

У статті розглядаються питання компетентнісного підходу до процесу морального виховання учнів 5−9 класів закладів інтернатного типу у позаурочний час. Визначені характерні риси процесу морального виховання в середніх класах шкіл-інтернатів. Окреслено основні завдання здійснення компетентнісного підходу до процесу морального виховання учнів в умовах закладів інтернатного типу. Здійснено аналіз процесу формування моральної особистості учнів середніх класів у закладах інтернатного типу. У статті характеризуються дослідження вчених, які займалися питаннями компетентності та виховання підлітків у закладах інтернатного типу, визначені завдання дослідження, підведені підсумки роботи.

В статье рассматриваются вопросы компетентностного подхода к процессу нравственного воспитания учащихся 5−9 классов учреждений интернатного типа во внеурочное время. Определены характерные черты процесса нравственного воспитания в средних классах школ-интернатов. Определены основные задачи осуществления компетентностного подхода к процессу нравственного воспитания учащихся в условиях учреждений интернатного типа. Осуществлен анализ процесса формирования нравственной личности учащихся средних классов в учреждениях интернатного типа. В статье характеризуются исследования ученых, которые занимались вопросами компетентности и воспитания подростков в учреждениях интернатного типа, определены задачи исследования, подведены итоги работы.

The article addresses the competency approach to the the moral education of 5−9 forms pupils of residential care facilities outside school hours. I was defined the characteristics of the process of moral education in middle boarding schools. The main tasks of the implementation of a competence to the the moral education of 5−9 forms pupils of residential care facilities outside school hours were identified. The analysis of the process of forming a moral individual of pupils in middle boarding schools was done. In the article it was characterized the researches of scientists who were investigated the issues of competence and education of adolescents in residential care; it was also defined the objectives of the study; the results of the work were summed up.

It was established that the majority of pupils at boarding schools have a variety of abnormalities in physical, psychological and intellectual development. It is noted that the moral education of pupils at boarding schools involves the creation of such socio-psychological climate of pedagogical conditions at a residential care which comprehensively promote a personal development, their desire to develop positive moral qualities. The author defined that the process of the individual’s education in terms of boarding schools is always unique and its efectiveness depends on the combination of efforts and clear coordination of educators, heads of groups, teachers, school doctors, psychologists and the entire staff. The author believed that the targeted educational activities and the involvement of children in various activities, according to the particular age and stage of development, promote bringing-up their positive qualities and enrich their spiritual world.

The scientist concluded that the competence approach to the the moral education of 5−9 forms pupils of residential care facilities outside school depends on the organization of appropriate educational environment. Also the author made a conclusion that the best boarding schools educators, the heads of groups, on their own initiative, develop the pupils ' readiness for active extracurricular activities, subjecting it to public needs. It was also found that those pupils have the high level of understanding of moral concepts, who are able to explain their essence and reveal the basic structural elements, to apply this knowledge in their daily activities; middle level is for those who can not always correctly explain the meaning of these concepts; low is for those pupils who can not reveal them and not connect knowledge with practical activities. It is proved that the use of educational work of folk traditions allows children to learn the generally accepted moral standards in society and live by the laws of morality.
